Leading Supplements uses Royal Mail and DPD as our main carriers.

Any items which are purchased and weigh up to 1kg including packaging will be sent via Royal Mail. Any items which weigh over 1kg inclusive of all packaging will be sent via our courier DPD. DPD offer great new technology which allows us to track and trace your parcel every step along the way right from when the parcel is picked up here until it is signed for at your door. They also offer a before 3pm delivery, which is service that is a full two hours ahead of a standard next day delivery service of another courier. It is of the up most importance that we try to get your parcel delivered on the first attempt. This way everyone is happy.

Here are some suggestions on how we can make this happen:

• Please ensure that someone is home to sign for the parcel (this can be you, a friend or family member)
  If that’s not possible……
• Arrange to have your delivery sent to your place of work; providing you have made an order with us before, we can have parcels sent straight to your workplace.
  If that’s no good……
• Maybe you have a secure place at home that your parcel can be left i.e. in a coal bunker or garden shed. Or better still you may know of a neighbour who would be able to sign for the package. (REMEMBER TO PUT ANY NOTES LIKE THIS ON YOUR ORDER)

Hopefully one of these options will apply to you and we will be able to get your package delivered on the first attempt.

Shipping Costs

Orders to the UK mainland excl. Highlands are a flat £2.99 with FREE shipping on orders over £50 . Deliveries to BFPO addresses will be charged at standard UK postal rates but with a 5kg limit on orders.

Shipments to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, UK Islands, Channel Islands and Europe are calculated according to weight but there is a MAXIMUM charge of £15 to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and non-mainland UK. FREE shipping on all orders over £250 to non-mainland UK.

Orders to Europe will vary depending on the area of Europe we ship to:

• £4.24 to a maximum of £7.64 for Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Ireland and Luxembourg with FREE shipping on orders over £150.
• £5.09 to a maximum of £11.05 for Austria, Denmark and Liechtenstein. FREE shipping on orders over £150.
• £5.09 to a maximum of £12.75 for Spain, Italy, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. FREE shipping on orders over £150.
• £5.09 to a maximum of £15.30 for Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, and Sweden. FREE shipping on orders over £200.
• £5.09 to a maximum of £16.99 for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, and Serbia. FREE shipping on orders over £200.
• £5.09 to a maximum of of £33.99 for Gibraltar, Macedonia, Norway, Switzerland and Ukraine with FREE shipping on orders over £300.

For orders to Cyprus or Malta the shipping prices for orders over 2kg are very high so we only suggest customers order items which weigh less than this.

For customers outside of Europe, shipping charges up to 2kg will vary between around £5-£8 typically.

Do we ship to the USA?

Yes we ship to the US on a daily basis. The shipping charge will depend on what you order and whereabouts in the US you are based. To get the price including shipping, simply add your items to the shopping cart and then enter your shipping details - you will then be shown the total price of your order.

Do we ship to Australia?

Yes we ship to Australia on a daily basis. The shipping charge is from £7.25 to £15 and it takes 5-7 working days to arrive at your door. The shipping prices for orders over 2kg are very high so we do not ship to Australia any order over 2kg.

Finally, we accept that unfortunately there may sometimes be occasions when, for some reason, there is a problem with delivery. It may arrive late; it may arrive damaged; it may not arrive at all. In any of these cases, we will endeavour to ensure that a replacement is arranged with the absolute minimum of fuss for you, and that you get a full refund for any postage you have paid. Incorrect delivery information as stated by the customer is the responsibility of the customer, who will be charged £9.99 if we make a collection on their behalf.

Whilst we do try to keep all our info pages polite and friendly, for legal reasons brought about by a minority of our customers, we do need to state that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are present to sign for the parcel. In no way can Leading Supplements or Royal Mail be held liable for failed deliveries unless either of those parties has been negligent in their duty to deliver.
