Q: How do I shop online with Leading Supplements?

A. You can do a product search at the top of the website, or lower down you can browse via your favorite brand or the category on the left hand side. Shopping is easy and help and advice is always at hand via email, Facebook, or telephone - you can click the Contact Us tab at the top of the home page.

Q. How much do you charge for shipping?

A. Orders to the UK mainland excl. Highlands are a flat £2.99 with FREE shipping on orders over £50. This includes BFPO addresses although BFPO addresses can only accept orders below 5kg.

Shipments to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, UK Islands, Channel Islands and Europe are calculated according to weight but there is a MAXIMUM charge of £15 to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and non-mainland UK. FREE shipping on all orders over £200 to non-mainland UK.

Orders to Europe will vary depending on the area of Europe we ship to:

- £4.24 to a maximum of £7.64 for Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Ireland and Luxembourg with FREE shipping on orders over £150.

- £5.09 to a maximum of £11.05 for Austria, Denmark and Liechtenstein. FREE shipping on orders over £150.

- £5.09 to a maximum of £12.75 for Spain, Italy, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. FREE shipping on orders over £150.

- £5.09 to a maximum of £15.30 for Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, and Sweden. FREE shipping on orders over £200.

- £5.09 to a maximum of £16.99 for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, and Serbia. FREE shipping on orders over £200.

- £5.09 to a maximum of of £33.99 for Gibraltar, Norway, Macedonia, Switzerland and Ukraine with FREE shipping on orders over £300.

- For orders to Cyprus or Malta the shipping prices for orders over 2kg are very high so we only suggest customers order items which weigh less than this.

- For customers outside of Europe, shipping charges up to 2kg will vary between around £5-£8 typically.

Q. Do you ship to the USA?

A. Yes we ship to the US on a daily basis. The shipping charge will depend on what you order and whereabouts in the US you are based. To get the price including shipping, simply add your items to the shopping cart and then enter your shipping details - you will then be shown the total price of your order.

Q. Do you ship to Australia?

A. Yes we ship to Australia on a daily basis. The shipping charge is from £7.25 to £15 and it takes 5-7 working days to arrive at your door. The shipping prices for orders over 2kg are very high so we do not ship to Australia any order over 2kg.

Q: How do I register an account?

A: Its easy. You can either click the Log In tab at the top of the page or find the supplements you require and click Add to Cart. Once you have entered you personal details you will be asked to register a user name of your choice and a password. This can be used later to check past buying history, loyalty points and dispatch status. For future purchases you will be able to simply log on and pay for your goods in 3 simple stages making checkout much swifter.

Q. What do you do with my personal details?

A: At Leading Supplements we keep your personal details completely private and secure. We do not work with any other third party or give out your details to any other companies. We do however file your e-mail address for future e-mail campaigns and newsletters (these can be opted out of at any time).

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

A. 95% of items will arrive in 2-3 days.

Q. Is it secure to order online? Will people see my card details?

A: It is 100% safe to shop with leading-supplements.com Your card details are encrypted and processed via PayPal, the World's leading processor of card transactions. We do not manually process card details through a terminal or store card details on a server.

Q. What time of day will my order arrive?

A: We use Royal Mail for smaller items such as Capsule products and items up to 1kg. These should arrive with you at your normal postal delivery time. For larger items over 1kg we use a courier service which can arrive at any time between 8am and 8pm.

Q. Can I have it sent to my work address? Do I need to sign for it?

A: Yes you can, many of our customers take advantage of this. Alternatively you can request on the shopping cart for your supplements to be left with a neighbour. All items have to be signed for.

Q. Are all your items in stock?

A: Unlike some companies, we carry all products with us ready for same day dispatch. Our site will not allow you to order if items are not in stock.

Q. What if my supplements are damaged in the post?

A. Your goods are insured. If you are not 100% happy with you goods upon receipt then please inform us within 48 hours and provide an image. We will replace any damaged goods.

Q. Can I track my order?

A. Sure. Simply log in to your account at Leading Supplements and check your tracking number here along with the shipping date and estimated arrival time. You can then check the tracking number at the relevant website for the shipping service used:

Q. Do you price match?

A. We only price match reputable UK retailers such as ourselves. If all things are equal, i.e. service, stock status, delivery time etc., and price is the only differing variable, then we will price match a competitor. We do not consider any requests for price matches with small, independent retailers because it is simply not comparable to the service we offer. You wouldn't expect a supermarket to price match a small corner shop!

Furthermore, we only price match whole orders. For example, if a customer wishes to order two products where one is cheaper with us and the second is more expensive, then we will price match if overall we are more expensive.

Q. What are your business hours?

A. We work Monday through Friday. All emails will be answered within 24 hrs if sent during this time. Usually we can respond to emails sent at the weekend as well within 24hrs. We can answer phone queries between 10.00AM and 6.00PM.
